It's Possible That Nvidia Is Developing A Huge Quad-Slot GPU

In the unlikely event that the RTX 4090 isn't sufficient for you, Nvidia may be covertly preparing something much, much bigger and more potent—the Titan. There have been rumors of Nvidia bringing back the Titan card for a while, but it appears that there is more to it than that, since an engineering sample of it actually exists. The GPU's leaked image tells us a lot, but will Nvidia ever actually introduce it? Even though this report is somewhat outlandish, Moore's Law Is Dead is a reliable source of leaks, so it at least has some plausibility. An engineering sample of the rumored Nvidia Titan Ada Lovelace GPU may be seen in a photo of the card that the YouTuber released after receiving it from an unnamed source. Although it has been a while since we have seen any Titan cards, we are certain that Nvidia has not yet fully exploited the AD102 die, so it has always been a possibility. There are finalized prototypes with the name "Titan" that Nvidia has reportedly been working on for some time, according to Moore's Law Is Dead. Although the image he posted was significantly manipulated, the YouTuber also uploaded renders of the GPU that showed it in all its splendour. It has two 16-pin power connectors, but as Moore's Law Is Dead notes, this does not necessarily suggest that Nvidia intends to manufacture a GPU with a 1,200 watt power need. Although a Titan GPU would be borderline insane, that would be even more insane. Instead, the YouTuber predicts that the GPU will fluctuate between 550 and 650 watts, with overclocked models pushing that limit a little higher. Nvidia may build this model on the AD102-450 die, which has 18,176 CUDA cores and a massive 48GB of GDDR6X memory, if any of the earlier GPU rumors are accurate. According to Moore's Law Is Dead, it's also conceivable that the card may have 24Gbps memory modules, increasing bandwidth by 14% over the RTX 4090. Now, assuming MLID is correct and the card is real, will Nvidia actually launch a Titan Ada GPU? It might, but it's not necessary right now. On the list of the best graphics cards, Nvidia is unchallenged for the top spot. Nvidia doesn't have to be concerned about being able to fulfill the high-end segment of the market because AMD's RX 7900 XTX competes with the RTX 4080 instead, and until AMD releases something that can contend with the RTX 4090, Nvidia won't have to. Depending on the final requirements, it might cost anywhere between $2,000 and $3,000. It will also require a large case and a lot of cooling since it is a quad-slot card.
