By going into Effects and Avatars and choosing the one you want to use, you may make a static or animated background the call's background. While you can upload any image as a static background, only Teams' options are available for dynamic backgrounds. Since Google Meet has had this capability for a while, it is really rather usual to see it during business meetings and almost any type of Meet call.
