As of this writing, Twitter's in-app issues are still being fixed by Elon Musk and his team.
They are also improving Twitter's algorithm and other features. Because of this, disruptions on Twitter are no longer unexpected.
What you need to know if you're one of the affected Twitter users is listed below. The most recent Republic World report indicates that the Twitter outage started on Thursday, February 23.

Almost 500 users are still impacted, despite the fact that this outage is not as bad as prior Twitter disruptions.
According to the reports, 54% of these Twitter users have issues with their apps. 33% of users are now experiencing difficulties accessing the Twitter website. Server connection problems affect the remaining 14% of users.
Americans who use Twitter are affected; many of them are in New York, but there are also some in the Bahamas, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

However keep in mind that these troubleshooting techniques are not always effective, particularly if Twitter itself is having issues. But, there's no harm in trying these Twitter tips:
- Try opening a private browser window or the incognito mode.
- Always check your internet connection. Whenever possible, consider shutting off your VPN.
- Verify that your browser is up to date. If not, update the browser first before attempting to visit Twitter once more.
- Try deleting your cookies and cache. In certain cases, eliminating these can solve your Twitter problems.
- Eliminate unauthorized access to your Twitter account.
